03/16/2024 really good soup

Goodness gracious. Salsa verde is perfection.

The cilantro is fresh now from the garden. the Chef and Paula made homemade corn tortillas from scratch. The salsa verde we canned last fall was mixed with a bone broth the Chef made at some point recently. There were beans from Rancho Gordo. (We unsubscribed from Bean Club and are still working our way through the beans.) It was so delicious.
