Posted on March 13, 2024March 12, 2024 by larksparrow03/09/2024 Saturday yay This weekend was beautiful and sunny. We’re keeping the slightly more southerly coral-bean inside the plant window for now. The mystery flower continues to grow. We have indeed speculated Tetraneuris, as Suzanne suggested. We shall see! Wild annual bluets volunteer in the yard! I’m surprised how well they still come back even after the geothermal drilling digging a few years ago. This mystery plant from Wise county TX is taking on the look of a penstemon! (The fuzzy ones below it are Heterotheca subaxillaris, camphorweed.) The carrot leaf lomatiums seem to be doing well! This is not the only individual.
The last one looks like my baby dill. They all look happy. I bet Suzanne is right.
The carrot leaf lomatiums will be a wonderful addition !
