Looks nice! Your possible inland sea oats looks like my inland sea oats. I would say the grass is wild barley (Hordeum pusillum). It’s a native annual and I have it in my yard too.
I finally remembered that Abby or Jeanne suggested wild barley but didn’t remember if they said it was native. But yeah for native and your bugs! I am seeing the wild barley along our driveway.
