We recently found two patches of Carolina Anemone on unbuilt private land. We got permission from the owners to dig a small amount to spread around town in our yard and others’ yards, as it’s not available commercially.

Do those grow here? Sure are pretty. Hope they do well.
Theoretically! https://bonap.net/MapGallery/County/Anemone%20caroliniana.png. If they make it we can bring you a pair in May or next year. They bloom once. Internet says they like spring wet summer dry. They’re in a sandy loam.
