Thanks for the idea! I don’t think it’s that, as I’ve never seen that flower, and the leaves don’t appear to be hairy. Could it be one of the weedy Poinsettia/Euphorbia? Your replying got me to look it up 😂

Yes, they are non native and came in a “wildflower” mix as filler
