I found some instructions from Missouri Wildflower Nursery here: https://mowildflowers.net/tephrosia-virginiana-goats-rue/ We ended up pouring boiling water over the seeds, letting the water cool and sit 24 hrs. That seemed to do the trick! We also added a mix of different legume inocula just in case they need it after sprouting.

Wow, I don’t think I’ve heard of another person growing goat’s rue. Did you need to do any seed scarification?
