10/01/2024 fluffy asters and giant sunchokes

I love fall flowers!

Symphyotrichum drummomdii, Drummond’s aster, is filling in with more flowers for a fluffy look.
Zoomed out so you can see the aster plant growing among the blue mistflower.
The rock garden and rainbow garden are doing alright. The Liatris punctata is already starting to fade. Those are the tall purple stalks. The Maximilian sunflowers back by the house are just getting started though!
A human for scale with our towering Helianthus tuberosa, the sunchoke! The lemongrass in front is looking good too.
