A friend gave us some of her baby partridge peas in the spring and they are growing up and blooming! This species is an annual so hopefully they will come back.

Such a lovely plant! Leaves will also fold if overcast and/or rainy. We could use some rain at our house.
You should have a colony get started unless wild creatures discover the bounty and eat all the seeds that drop.
