I’m growing red Russin kale for the first time. It sure is yummy. I’ve been shredding it into mixed green salads and putting leaves onto sandwiches.

Never raised kale. Frost didnt bother it i bet. Frost improves flavor of collards.
It seems fine. Collards still too small to steal a leaf but the earwigs haven’t gotten it this time 🤞🤞
